The singer-songwriter has since been in the studio writing and recording her as-yet-untitiled debut album. Velvet Engine is the brainchild of Latina Northamptonian San-D Godoy, described as “yearning pop folk, with a sprightly but reflective soul”. Harries is a well-know local musician and songwriter.
