Miles Kane

October is usually a busy one for bands and venues, so this month the NN Archives is a two-parter. Our first look back at ‘October’ gigs earlier this month concentrated on the years 2019 to 2016. This time, we’re going back further.

The NN Archives is our our monthly dive into the county’s music past over the last decade or so. In this month’s NN Archives, we’re looking at gigs in October from 2015 to 2007.

For anyone here for the first time, this is a monthly trawl through the thousands of photos David Jackson has taken over the years, mixing national touring acts playing in the county and musicians from the local scene.

You can check out May (Part One and Part Two), June (Part Three and Part Four), July (Part Five), August (Part Six), September (Part Seven) and the first part of October (Part Eight) via the links.

Regular plug as before, go visit https://davidtjackson.com for more content like this from the NN scene and beyond. Most of the content is on the Latest Updates page, but even the gallery page has a selection photos on now!

One final point to note, the closer we get to 2000, the worse the camera kit (and photos…) get and the more upright / portrait the photos are!
